What We Saw at India AI Impact Summit 2026 – VR, Smart Phones & A Super Smart Cricket Coach!

On February 20th, we visited the AI Summit 2026.
Suraj, Abhi, Manoj Sir, and Devanshu went together to see what it was all about.
We thought it would be a normal tech event with long speeches and boring talks…
But we were completely wrong!
The place was full of exciting machines, smart gadgets, and amazing new technology.
Stepping Into a Virtual World with Meta Quest 3

One of the most exciting things we got the chance to experience was a VR headset called the Meta Quest 3.
Suraj and Abhi quickly wore the headset and started moving their hands in the air. At first, it looked funny!
But then I got the chance to try it myself, and it felt magical.
The virtual objects were not just on a screen.
They were mixing with the real world around us!
It felt like:
Digital world + Real world = One amazing world!
We could see things move when we moved our hands, and the virtual environment reacted to us instantly. It really felt like stepping right into the future.
Super Smart Phones (Without Internet!)
Next, we saw something very interesting at the Qualcomm setup.
They showed phones and laptops that could run powerful AI without using remote internet servers.
That means:
- No waiting
- No slow loading
- No sending data far away
- Everything worked directly inside the device itself.
It showed us that in the future, AI will live right inside our own pockets!
It showed us that in the future, AI will live inside our own devices!
The Big Machines Behind AI
Manoj Sir was very curious about how AI really works behind the scenes.
He took us to the Vertiv area to see huge server machines. These big machines help AI systems work properly without melting down.
We saw:
- Large racks of computers
- Advanced liquid cooling systems
- Powerful infrastructure that runs 24/7
It made us understand something important:
AI is not magic.
It needs very powerful physical computers to work.

A Surprise VIP Sighting

While looking at all the big hardware, we saw something totally unexpected.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was touring the exhibition area with his security team!
Seeing a top government leader there reminded us of something big:
AI isn’t just for fun and gadgets.
It is becoming extremely important for our country’s national security and defence.
The Smart AI Cricket Coach (Most Fun Part!)

The best part of the day was at the Google area.
They had built a small cricket pitch inside the hall!
There was a Gemini-powered AI Cricket Coach system.
Here’s how it worked:
- You take a bat.
- You stand like a real player.
- You hit the ball.
High-definition cameras and sensors watch your movement.
The AI tells you what you did right or wrong!
It even showed:
- How we moved our feet
- How we balanced our weight
- Why our cover drives were sloppy
It felt like a real, brutally honest professional cricket coach teaching us in seconds!
We had so much fun hogging the pitch and playing again and again.
On the Way Back

While taking our cab back into Delhi, we talked a lot.
We asked questions like:
When will this AI become part of our daily work?
Can we use this to build our own projects?
One thing was clear:
AI is not just a future dream.
It is already here.
And it is very exciting!
What We Learned
From the AI Summit 2026, we learned:
- Technology is growing very fast.
- AI can help in sports, business, and daily life.
- Learning about computers and AI is very important.
- The future belongs to students who understand technology.
At AOCE, we believe students should not just use technology — they should understand it.
